Facility Use Information-Secondary Campus

At this time, the Secondary Campus facilities are made available for outside events when not already in use, while also being mindful of our limited custodial staffing and maintenance budget.


**Insurance Requirement:   A Certificate of Insurance showing $1,000,000 occurrence liability with an additional $300,000 fire/tenant coverage, and naming Cole Valley Christian Schools as an additional insured.  


If you are interested in using one of our facilities, please follow the process below to request a reservation for the Secondary:
  • Annex building
  • Auditorium
  • Classrooms
  • Commons


1.  Submit your request at least two weeks in advance of your event date.


2.  Complete a Facilities/Room Set Up Request fillable form and save it. The more specific information you can provide on the form, the better they will be able to help you.


3.  Attach the completed form to an email to


4.  An email will be automatically sent to you and a “ticket” created showing your request has been received.


5.  The Facilities department will determine the ability to fulfill the request. Email updates on your “ticket” will be sent to you until the request is completed.
