Elementary Campus

We provide a spiritual environment designed to create disciples for Jesus Christ, an academic program that challenges our students to the very edge of their intellectual envelopes, and extracurricular athletic activities that compete at the state level. We recognize the sovereignty of parents over their children and partner in the duties delegated to us by parents.

Virtual Elementary Preview:

The Elementary Campus is located at Cole Community Church, near the intersection of Maple Grove and Ustick Road, and houses our pre-kindergarten program through sixth grades. Approximately seven miles away, our Secondary Campus is located on Carlton Avenue in downtown Meridian and houses grades 7 through 12. A shuttle bus transports students between campuses.

The only reason we exist is to serve Jesus Christ by
developing the whole person to impact the world for Him.

Purpose statement explained: The implementation of a Christian philosophy of education requires a vision that focuses the entire educational program, guiding and directing everything that CVCS does. This vision clearly states the fundamental reason for the existence of CVCS, to include what CVCS values, produces, and hopes to accomplish. The vision provides the boundaries, guidance, and direction for CVCS as a school much as the banks of a river keep the waters focused and on course.

In partnership with Christian families and local churches, we develop the whole person by shepherding our students through a Christ-centered education, challenging them to achieve their fullest potential spiritually, academically, socially, physically, relationally; and preparing them with the foundation of God’s unchanging truth so that they can serve Christ in a rapidly changing world.

Mission statement explained: The mission of CVCS is the implementation of the vision, the more tightly focused purpose. Vision gives us the big picture, the “why we do what we do”, and the mission gives us the more specific direction on how to carry out the vision, or, the “how we do what we do.”
