Tuition & Fees

Tuition Information

• Enrollment Fee and Student Fee are billed on March 1 each year or at the time of enrollment.
• Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) is billed on April 1 each year or at the time of enrollment.
• All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Withdraw forms must be completed at least two weeks prior to billing date to avoid non-refundable fee charges.
• Additional fees may include supplemental supplies, various class/activity fees (i.e., athletics, band, SAT, and AP exams) and other miscellaneous expenses (i.e., yearbooks, extended care, enrichments).

Discounts:

The following discounts are offered on tuition for full-time students (K-12th): 

• Multi-Student discount: 10% off 2nd student, 20% off 3rd student, 30% off 4th student, and so on. 
• Pastoral discount: 25% off tuition for each student.

In addition, Cole Valley Christian Schools offers a needs-based tuition aid program to assist families experiencing financial difficulties. More information regarding tuition aid can be found here.

We use FACTS Tuition Management to collect tuition and fee charges. Payments can be drafted on the 1st, 5th, or 25th of the month from a checking/savings account, or a credit card, which is subject to 3.05% convenience fee.

• Band/Ensemble - $10 per trimester

Grades 6-12 (Per Semester)

• Color Guard – $250 per season

Other Fees (by participation):

• Shuttle Pass – $475 per year (per student)
• Sport Fee (MS 6-8)
  • Golf fee $225
  • $125 per sport
• Sport Fee (HS 9-12)
  • Golf fee $400
  • $250 per sport
• Football Equipment Fee - $100 (in addition to sports fee)
• Elementary Enrichment Classes – after school – varies by class selected
