🥎 Coach Ryan Crosby Named 4A State Coach of the Year

Cole Valley Christian Schools is proud to recognize Head Softball Coach Ryan Crosby for being named the 2026 4A State Coach of the Year.

This marks the second time Coach Crosby has received the prestigious honor, recognizing the outstanding leadership and culture he has built within the Charger softball program.

Under Coach Crosby's guidance, the Chargers have accomplished something truly remarkable—winning three consecutive Idaho State Championships. Year after year, his teams have competed with excellence, resilience, and a commitment to representing Cole Valley with character both on and off the field.

While championships are certainly worth celebrating, Coach Crosby's impact reaches far beyond the scoreboard. He has invested in the growth of his student-athletes, helping them develop not only as softball players but as leaders, teammates, and followers of Christ. His emphasis on discipline, hard work, and servant leadership has established a championship culture that continues to thrive.
