Shuttle Bus
As a convenience to our families, CVCS is pleased to offer a shuttle bus service to assist in transporting K-12 students to and from our Elementary (ELEM) and Middle and High School (MS/HS) campuses, and Rockharbor Church (RH Hub).
Pass Descriptions – Each annual pass covers one primary transportation route for the full school year.
ELEM Intercampus Pass – Annual Pass $500
For elementary students who need transportation between the Secondary (MS/HS) campus and the Elementary campus. This pass covers daily shuttle service between campuses.
ELEM RH Hub Pass – Annual Pass $825
For elementary students who travel between the RH Hub and the Elementary campus. This includes transportation that connects through the Secondary campus as part of the route.
MS/HS Intercampus Pass – Annual Pass $500
For middle and high school students who need transportation between the Elementary campus and the Secondary campus. This pass covers daily shuttle service between campuses.
MS/HS RH Hub Pass – Annual Pass $500
For middle and high school students who travel between the RH Hub and the Secondary campus. This covers daily transportation to and from the hub location.
Morning Schedule:
· 7:15am – Board at Elementary campus -or- RH Hub
· 7:45am – Arrive at Secondary campus (Elementary students from RH Hub remain on bus)
· 7:50am – Board Elementary students at Secondary campus
· 8:15am – Elementary students arrive at the Elementary campus
Please note: Due to time constraints and school start times, the bus will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.
Afternoon Schedule:
· 3:15pm – Board at Elementary campus
· 3:45pm – Arrive at Secondary campus (Elementary students for RH Hub remain on bus)
· 3:50pm – Board at Secondary campus bound for ELEM -or- RH Hub
· 4:20pm – Arrive at Elementary campus -or- RH Hub
Please note: Students must be picked up from the Secondary campus no later than 4:00pm. For the Elementary and RH Hub locations, students must be picked up no later than 4:30pm.
Billing:
Invoices will be sent on the 5th and are due on the 15th of the following month. For billing questions, please email the Business Office at businessoffice@cvcsonline.org.
Ride Information:
– At the beginning of the school year, students will receive an ID card with a corresponding barcode that will be scanned each day they ride the shuttle.
– If the ID card is lost, there will be a $10.00 fee to replace the card.
