SecureSearch Faith Background Checks

In an effort to continually improve on the safety of our students and school, we have partnered with SecureSearch Faith.  All employees and volunteers of Cole Valley Christian Schools must be screened prior to contact with our students.  If you have been requested to submit a background check, please click on the link below.  There is no charge to you for this service. Once you click on the link below to be directed to SecureSearch Faith, complete the online form and submit.  When asked "Position", please choose "Administration".   Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to start your application.  The process takes about 10 minutes to complete - you will need your driver's license information.

PLEASE NOTEIf you feel the outcome of your background check could reveal something that may need an explanation, please discuss this with your campus principal, hiring manager or the Human Resources office prior to submitting the online form.

Once you complete and submit your application, it can take 2-3 days before we are notified that it is complete.  If there is a question with your completed application, you will be contacted.  Otherwise, the campus office will be given an updated listing every week of approved applications.  If you have any questions, please contact Kassie Jones, Human Resources Director, 208-947-1212, Secondary Campus, extension 1116.  Thank you!
