Tuition Aid Information

**The CVCS Tuition Aid window is closed for the 2025/2026 school year and will reopen on 03/02/26 for the 2026/2027 school year.

Families experiencing financial hardship or working in ministry are welcome to apply for tuition assistance. However, aid is limited and awarded based on financial need and availability. Current CVCS staff and families will receive priority consideration.

To be eligible, a student must be enrolled in grades Kindergarten-12th and in good standing with the school. Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten students (Early Childhood) are not eligible for tuition aid.

All applicants must read the CVCS Tuition Aid Policy for full details and guidelines. The maximum award is 50% of tuition, though most families receive less based on relative need, number of applicants, and overall budget.

Tuition aid covers tuition only - enrollment fees, student fees, CIF, or additional learning services such as Student Academic Service (SAS) are not eligible for tuition aid.

CVCS partners with FACTS Grant & Aid to help determine how to distribute limited funds to families seeking tuition assistance through an application process.

When the application window opens, there will be a blue "APPLY NOW" link below that directs you to the schools FACTS Grant & Aid landing page and it will also autopopulate the school’s information to your application.

PLEASE NOTE: Students must be enrolled, and an enrollment fee paid before a tuition aid application can be reviewed by the committee. Applicants must be current on their FACTS account with an active financial account on file.
