Tuition & Fees - 2024/2025

• Enrollment Fee and Student Fee are billed on March 1st each year or at the time of enrollment. Please note, the middle and high school student fee includes retreat costs. 
• Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) is billed on April 1st each year or at the time of enrollment. 
• All fees are non-refundable. 
• Withdraw forms must be completed at least two weeks prior to billing date to avoid non-refundable fee charges 
• Additional fees may include supplemental supplies, various class/activity fees (i.e., athletics, band, SAT, and AP exams) and other miscellaneous expenses (i.e., yearbooks, extended care, enrichments). 

     The following discounts are offered on tuition for full-time students (K-12th): 

• Multi-Student discount: 10% off 2nd student, 20% off 3rd student, 30% off 4th student, and so on.

In addition, Cole Valley Christian Schools offers a needs-based tuition aid program to assist families experiencing financial difficulties. Applications are open from 04/15/24 – 06/13/24. We use FACTS Tuition Management to collect tuition and fee charges. Payments can be drafted on the 1st, 5th, or 25th of the month from a checking/savings account, or a credit card, which is subject to 2.95% convenience fee.
