CVCS Alum Julianna Sherman selected for prestigious Portz Fellowship.
The Oral Roberts University student received a 2015 Portz Fellowship based on her study of breast cancer cells. The biology major says, "Molecular research like this is just essentially searching for the fingerprints of God." They had a fantastic showing earlier this week in the 1A/2A State Golf Championships. The team of Nathan Thoren, Mark Blackman, Trenton Ribbens, Jack Curran, Luke Lithander, and Matt Grenrood took home 2nd place out of 20 teams, finishing just 6 strokes out of first place. Great job guys!

Our Business Professionals of America (BPA) team participated in the national BPA competition over the weekend in Anaheim, California. Kristy Niccolls got 2nd in the nation for human resource management. Way to go, Kristy, and congratulations to the whole team!
